Associate Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search

Hinge Health•San Francisco, CA
•Hybrid

About The Position

Hinge Health is seeking a mission-driven growth marketer to own its paid search channel end to end. Paid search is the company's largest digital paid media channel and a significant driver of enrollments. The role is part of the paid media pod on the Growth team and offers autonomy to shape the work. As new products launch, the Associate Growth Marketing Manager will develop keyword strategies to enter new categories and connect more people with Hinge Health care. The position combines channel strategy with hands-on campaign management, experimentation, optimization, reporting, and workflow development. It works closely with Creative, Data Science, and the broader Growth team, and serves as the primary contact for Google account representatives. This is a hybrid role based in Hinge Health's San Francisco office. It requires in-person attendance three days each week for a full eight-hour business day. On remote days, employees are expected to work core business hours, with flexibility. Travel is not regularly required, though occasional off-site or on-site events may occur. The workplace is dog-friendly, and physical demands are minimal, involving standard office activities such as sitting, typing, and video conferencing.
