Associate Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search

Hinge Health•San Francisco, CA
•$121,000 - $165,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Hinge Health is seeking a mission-driven growth marketer to own its paid search channel, currently its largest digital paid media channel and a significant driver of enrollments. The role is part of the Growth team’s paid media pod and offers autonomy to shape the work. The successful candidate will develop keyword strategies for new products and categories, balancing channel strategy with hands-on campaign execution and optimization. The position owns paid search end to end across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including branded and non-branded search, Performance Max, and related formats. It translates product-launch insights, audience research, and company goals into channel strategy and experiments; analyzes performance to identify opportunities; and creates reporting, playbooks, and automation—including AI-assisted workflows—to improve channel operations and testing. The role also manages the Google account representative relationship and partners with Creative, Data Science, and the broader Growth team on advertising creative, measurement, and acquisition strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Hinge Health’s San Francisco office. Employees attend in person three days per week for a full eight-hour business day; remote days are worked during core business hours with flexibility. The office is dog-friendly. Travel is not regularly required, though occasional off-site or on-site events may occur. Physical demands are minimal and primarily involve standard office activities such as sitting, typing, and video conferencing.
