This role is responsible for applying business and technical expertise to support the Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning and Development organization and business partners in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of learning and performance support interventions. This role is also accountable for driving optimization of work processes, automation of administrative tasks, and serving as a strategic business partner between the central functions/manufacturing networks and sites and Learning Operations team to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment related to administrative L&D tasks and processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • 3 years plus experience with L&D business processes and related systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, QualityDocs).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation and ongoing maintenance of personnel qualification requirements (learning plan management and periodic review) in assigned business areas/functions.
  • Analyze periodic review needs of learning solutions and coordinate on-time review by course owners/subject matter experts; raise issues as appropriate.
  • Support and influence the creation, revision, and implementation of training and related documents, ensuring compliance with corporate and local policies.
  • Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of learning interventions, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on optimizing workflows and automating routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Influence and drive quality standards and compliance through review of project documents, design, deliverables, and evaluation data.
  • Supervise and communicate project status, anticipating and resolving issues for routine and non-routing tasks; raise as needed.
  • Recommend effective and efficient solutions to business partners.
  • Benchmark within Lilly Manufacturing & Quality, seeking opportunities for sharing and replication.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to deliver projects and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Benchmark practices with other business functions/L&D to bring best-in-class solutions for implementation.
  • Act as a liaison and strategic partner between GMQLD functions and administrative teams, utilizing L&D process expertise.
  • Surface and implement improvement opportunities for existing training and administrative processes.
  • Gather and analyze learning data from various systems to provide actionable information to sites/functions.
  • Respond to requests supporting L&D needs, including learning plan management, support and solve.
  • Participate in area/function projects and process teams, representing both GMQLD and admin perspectives.
  • Respond to and deliver on Manufacturing & Quality L&D business requirements for both standard and non-standard tasks.
  • Ensure internal instructor/facilitator qualification processes are implemented.
  • Provide instruction and assist with local onboarding as appropriate.
  • Ensure delivery of events and courses, including materials preparation and perform supplier and/or procurement-related tasks.
  • Supervise Global Manufacturing & Quality L&D shared email and respond as appropriate.
  • Solve course functionality and availability in the Learning Management System and or influence Conduent partners with related activities.
  • Fix and answer questions related to learning plans and system data for team and business partners.
  • Support Manufacturing & Quality L&D business requests and reports, as needed and in conjunction with Conduent partners.
  • Maintain departmental documents and files on schedule, demonstrating automation tools where possible including periodic reviews for course and curriculum requirements.
  • Update and process departmental documents and transaction requests using workflow systems.
  • Serve as backup department records coordinator and GMP librarian.
  • Support audits and Global Manufacturing & Quality L&D initiatives/forums with Site Manufacturing L&D groups globally.
  • Track and report training metrics to demonstrate impact and see opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage data to support continuous improvement of training and site performance.
  • Apply digital tools, simulations and micro-learning applicable to enhance learning impact.
  • Promote innovation in training delivery through technology and modern learning practices.
