The Associate Director, Learning Operations at Johnson & Johnson leads the strategic deployment and governance of learning delivery across the Patient Service Center (PSC). The Associate Director provides enterprise-level oversight of delivery feasibility, capacity trade-offs, and execution readiness. The role is critical in translating learning strategy into sustainable, high impact execution through standards, governance, and strong people leadership. Key aspects include designing foundational learning delivery strategy, translating PSC's learning strategy into scalable models, serving as a strategic liaison for PSC Learning & Development (L&D), and designing and governing enterprise-wide learning delivery standards. The position also involves providing strategic input on delivery feasibility and capacity planning, anticipating delivery risks, driving continuous evolution of delivery strategy, and leveraging AI and emerging technology. Furthermore, the role encompasses leading and developing a high-performing learning delivery organization, setting performance expectations, coaching leaders and facilitators, building bench strength, fostering a culture of accountability, and acting as a visible leader. Operational responsibilities include oversight of learning delivery planning and deployment across various programs, ensuring delivery readiness and quality, partnering with Learning Operations for effective systems and reporting, and providing delivery leadership for enterprise initiatives.
