About The Position
The Associate Director of Operations, under the supervision of the Director of Program Services, is responsible for the management of operation functions to include food service, housekeeping, repairs and improvements, transportation and linen and supply. Safe Dwelling II is a facility that provides comprehensive services and safe, anonymous housing for individuals and their children experiencing domestic violence. Requirements
- a Bachelor’s Degree
- five years of relevant experience including two years in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- word processing and spreadsheet computer skills

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned departments for quality operational services.
- Ensure facility complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with funder on assigned projects.
- Manage department staff.
- Manage department budget and purchasing activities.
