The Learning Enablement Team is responsible for aligning and serving Learning & Development projects through shared services, including Project Management, and for stewarding the strategy and implementation of the operating model for the learning function. This role will lead multiple, concurrent projects within the Field learning, Staff learning, and Learning Operations annual plan. The Project Lead will enable strategic learning project teams through effective consultation on project management tactics, tools, and support levels to enhance health and performance across L&D. This role requires understanding and experience with various teaming/management strategies and approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Project Management, Lean, Innovation, etc.) to enable learning programs, products, and experiences.
