About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. It involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The role will also assist in defining the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in managing complex projects, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Typically has Bach. +2-3 yrs; Masters +0 yrs
  • Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise.
  • Presents own work to members of department
  • Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Raise any roadblocks to senior leadership.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Motivate project team members, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and monitor their progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans for review.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any issues are promptly raised, addressed and resolved.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that project costs are controlled and within budget.
  • Monitor project expenditures and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management best practices.
