About The Position
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established Fayetteville, NC practice. Whether you’re an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking for mentorship, you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced technology, and a patient-first culture. This role offers a four-day full-time schedule promoting work-life balance, clinical autonomy with mentorship and collaboration available, and modern technology and digital workflow. You will be part of an established practice with a loyal patient base and consistent new patient flow, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative support team.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
