About The Position

The Finance & Analytics Development Program is a 2-year entry-level development program designed to develop future leaders by building leadership, analytical, and business acumen skills. Participants complete three 8-month rotations, primarily within the CFO organization. The program prepares participants for long-term success at Casey's, with a strong track record of placement into post-program roles across the organization. Areas for potential rotation include Financial Planning, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Fuel, Business Development, and Data Analytics.

Requirements

Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Management Information Systems or business equivalent major
Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs
A passion to solve problems in collaboration with others
Effective verbal communication and presentation abilities with proficiency working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with the appropriate levels of discretion
Work in Greater Des Moines - recently ranked by Forbes as the top place to live for young professionals

Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance of company results
Prepare information for investor presentations and annual reports
Monthly financial closing and reporting
Provide valuable business decision support
Perform financial and operational audits
Present recommendations to senior leadership
Engage with fellow program participants through weekly lunches, team projects, networking events, and professional development opportunities
