  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Datarails.

Responsibilities

  • Own financial tracking for funded programs and IRAD projects, including labor hours, labor cost and burden, travel, and other direct costs.
  • Partner with Program Management, Mission Operations, and R&D to build budgets and staffing plans before project kickoff and maintain a shared view of labor and equipment demand across competing projects.

  • Monitor purchase orders and accounting actuals against project codes to confirm proper charging and identify mischarges.
  • Validate labor charging to projects, including labor categories and rates, in coordination with Cost Accounting.
  • Build financial models and cost estimates to support pricing proposals for new funded work.
  • Maintain forecasts for approved projects and calculate program margin at key milestones and close-out, providing program managers with analysis to manage program P&Ls.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of active funded programs and IRAD projects, flagging resource conflicts, at-risk margins, and funding issues.
