About The Position

Care Lync is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support sound financial decision-making through analysis of financial data, budgets, and program performance. The role examines financial data, economic trends, and organizational performance to inform budgeting, resource allocation, and financial strategy. It also evaluates the return on investment and financial impact of new programs, expansion opportunities, and business initiatives; prepares financial reports and gathers industry research; and builds models to forecast financial performance, support budgeting, and assess opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration.
• Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems.
