About The Position

This role is located in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii (supports the Hale Hokuala). This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As an Associate Technology Field Services Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Americas Field Services West team reporting to the Director of Technology Field Services, you will support projects including opening new hotels and all the systems involved in doing so.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Experience working in IT field support, desktop support, or an onsite technical support environment
  • IT field (Telecom, Technology) experience in the hospitality, retail, or related industries
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call based on business needs.
  • Travel potentially 20% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus six (6) + years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus ten (10) + years of Technology related experience
  • Three (3) + years of work experience in Technology or a related field
  • Two (2) + years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support roles
  • CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with the following Hospitality related applications and systems: PMS, POS, Key systems, PBX, Voicemail

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT and Telecom support for the Hale Hokuala and Hawaii/West Hotel team members.
  • Support the hotel with business solutions such as installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas promptly and accurately.
  • Guide and own parts of projects such as High Speed Internet Network, Parking System, POS, Hardware Refreshes, Door Lock Systems and other projects at assigned hotels.
