The Enterprise Risk Organization (ERO) Chief of Staff Team serves a critical role leading governance and oversight to a number of senior management committee and Board activities, while also supporting broader ERO efforts around strategy, reporting and culture. We are seeking a highly motivated associate with excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate has a high bar for quality and passion to identify and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Support the Senior Management Committee (SMC) meeting cycle by preparing templates, reviewing materials, auditing Google Groups for material availability, and maintaining distribution lists and Points of Contact Manage Google Drive content, permissions, and distribution lists for the ERO Chief of Staff Team, including for SEC reporting and the Integrated Risk Management Report (IRMR) Draft and distribute internal communications (e.g., Quarterly Key Dates emails) Monitor incoming DocuSign for SEC reporting support and prepare follow-up communications Maintain the Integrated Risk Management Report (IRMR) Style Guide and assist with final document formatting on this Board-level document Support SMC Audit requests, as needed Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project and process best practices, identifying and implementing efficiencies You’ll need to wear many hats including: Project manager: You’re detail-oriented and adeptly manage several projects and initiatives at once with supportive direction.
