About The Position

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Technology Engineer to join the GOLDesp ERP support team in Hazelwood, Missouri. GOLDesp is the system of record for manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and supply chain management, providing internal and external customers with lifecycle sustainment capabilities for maintenance, supply management, inventory visibility and availability, and financials.

The role analyzes business and technical processes to develop new and improved processes, represents Government Training and Engineering (GTE) in defining technology requirements and business cases, and coordinates with business and technology teams to integrate system and data requirements. Work includes defining system functions and output requirements, supporting data acquisition and report development, conducting user testing and acceptance, and supporting, training, and providing access for deployed systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or directly related non-U.S. equivalent qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience working with an ERP system, such as SAP or GOLDesp, from an IT standpoint.
• At least 1 year of experience writing reports utilizing a database, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Crystal Reports.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation.
• At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and MS Project.
• Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required post-start.
• U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of experience working in a field related to the degree.
• At least 2 years of experience writing reports utilizing a database, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Crystal Reports.
• Experience working with an ERP system from an IT standpoint in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of Teamcenter experience.
• Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testing.
• Experience in a role requiring process improvement and change management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather business information requirements and coordinate change activities.
• Support development and implementation of business architecture.

• Develop and update informational dashboards and reports.

• Administer and monitor systems after implementation.
• Support project management tasks related to business information integration activities.

• Provide end-user support, including immediate system data guidance and training design and delivery.
• Coordinate system and data requirements with business and technology teams, including system functions, output requirements, data acquisition, report development, and user testing and acceptance.
• Support deployed systems, provide training, and provide system access.
