About The Position

Bright Road Recovery is an innovative eating disorder treatment program with an outstanding treatment team. We are seeking licensed or associate therapists to provide full-time psychotherapy services in our residential treatment center. Our highly trained and skilled therapists work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in various aspects of the program including group/family therapy, individual therapy and meal support. Our vibrant and growing company is looking for professionals who share our vision, passion and energy for helping patients recover from eating disorders. Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or related field
  • Must have and maintain active associate's registration or state license in good standing for MFT, LCSW, LPC or PsyD or PhD
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination (including boosters)
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass background check
  • Has good general knowledge of computer operations; uses a keyboard and calculator proficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Uses Microsoft Office Word and Excel as well as Internet and email programs proficiently, including Google platform applications such as google docs, sheets, forms, slides, etc
  • Uses typical office equipment

  • Creative, responsive, and passionate about their treatment approach with patients
  • Understand the attention and support patients in the RTC level of care need

  • Has at least 2 years’ experience (pre- or post-licensure) working with eating disorders, trauma, addiction, or severe mood disorders
  • Prefers to work in an in-person setting and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for patients at RTC, IOP, PHP & Outpatient LOC
  • Provide meal support during supervised meals
  • Participate in case management and care coordination, including utilization reviews (if needed) and treatment team meetings
  • Maintain appropriate and timely contact with referring professionals
  • Detailed and timely documentation, including: biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, session progress notes, discharge reporting/recommendations
  • Participate in collaborative therapeutic and work environment
