About The Position
We’re looking for an Associate Dispatcher I to coordinate and dispatch work orders, support field technicians, and ensure timely service delivery. This role works closely with customer service and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of dispatching, work order management, or related operations experience.
- 1+ year of SAP or mobile dispatch system experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule daily work orders for field technicians.
- Monitor work orders and balance workloads using SAP or mobile dispatch systems.
- Communicate with field teams and customers regarding job status.
- Prioritize urgent requests and maintain accurate records.
