Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and/or Senior Scrum Master roles, with expertise in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in managing technology and business projects with high degree of complexity, systems integration and organizational change management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Undergraduate degree with CSM, PMP or equivalent certification with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of change and risk management, SDLC, and advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows, including sprint backlogs, milestones, release burndowns, and work-back schedules.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility.
  • Experience in a matrix environment, preferably within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • iFast Operational Coordination: Oversee daily operations for all client accounts, including managing operational service requests, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver operational enhancements and tracking project milestones impacting iFast operational capabilities
  • SLA/KPI Management: Deliver Operational SLA reporting and Client Rate Card input to IFDS, and actively manage any service exceptions across iFast suite of products, oversee performance trends and operational impact of technical and business enhancements
  • Client Relationship: Maintain close relationship with IFDS Client Account Managers across all accounts to ensure timely and accurate communication on client requested operational enhancements, exception handling expectations and operational incident management
  • Sales Support: Provide iFast Operational expertise and input to client due diligence, product reviews, iFast SOWs and requests for proposals
  • Client and Product Onboarding: Deliver Operational Acceptance Testing for all new client and product launches, and drive any enhancements or mitigations related to OAT results based on operational risk
  • Team Leadership: Lead several teams accountable for daily Operational, Job Scheduling and Service Management. Manage committed coverage, for each of the teams, and alignment with critical business periods to ensure adequate response
