The position also involves overseeing configuration and development of core HR ServiceNow modules, partnering with Solution Architects on end-to-end solution design, and managing testing, deployment, and maintenance of system updates. Staying current with ServiceNow releases and evaluating new features to optimize solutions is also a critical responsibility.
