As Associate Director, Sales Enablement, you'll play a critical role in accelerating Capco Canada's growth agenda across all domains and capability areas. Reporting to the Executive Director and partnering closely with senior leaders across the firm, you'll lead the development of compelling sales narratives, pursuit strategies, and enablement capabilities that help our teams win in the market. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, sales, and innovation. You will help shape how Capco positions its value in the market, supports strategic pursuits, and leverages emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, you'll translate complex capabilities into compelling client stories that resonate with executive audiences and differentiate Capco in competitive situations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to an organized, commercially minded professional with strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping client-facing teams succeed.
