About The Position

Fitch Learning is a leader in financial services training, delivering learning solutions for apprentices, graduates, and experienced professionals. The company is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven sales professional to grow its presence in the financial services market. This role focuses on sales by developing strategic client relationships, generating new business, and leading consultative sales conversations for premium training and learning solutions. The Associate Director will work closely with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to sell and deliver tailored solutions that address business needs and create long-term value. This is an exciting sales opportunity to expand the client base, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a highly visible commercial sales role. The role requires approximately 20% to 40% travel and is commission-eligible from day one.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management
  • Proven success in a consultative B2B sales role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple sales opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with clients and prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Identify sales opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Partner with internal teams to sell and deliver tailored learning solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
