About The Position

Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for the district or network office by coordinating candidate pipelines, events, onboarding tasks, and providing front-desk support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative or recruiting support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with ATS.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain recruiting materials and candidate kits.
  • Manage candidate tracking in ATS and update recruiting reports.
  • Source candidates through job boards and social media.
  • Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and track progress.
  • Provide reception duties: answer phones, greet visitors, handle mail.
  • Support leadership with administrative recruiting tasks.
