About The Position

The Associate Director of Student Success will provide student success coaching to a variety of pre-program students, will oversee all academic tutors, writing center tutors, and drive the pre-program progression strategies to ensure high retention rates and pre-program success. They will also collaborate with faculty in various programs to ensure resources are needed from a student success standpoint.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Previous higher education experience
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to improve processes and implement changes
• Possesses the ability to problem solve
• Ability to speak in a public setting

Responsibilities

• Advising and counseling students to ensure they progress into their programs.
• Building relationship and collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure pre-program level success is achieved.
• Look for ways to improve processes.
• Deliver coaching and tutoring to students.
• Lead, hire and develop student tutors and student success coaches.
