The Associate Director of Communications and Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of communications and marketing initiatives for the Florida Center for Nursing (FCN). FCN, headquartered at the University of South Florida College of Nursing, is a state workforce center established to address nursing workforce issues. The Associate Director will develop a deep understanding of FCN priorities, create strategic communications and marketing plans, and then operationalize that work while overseeing a team of marketing and communications professionals. Reporting to the College of Nursing's Director of Communications, this person works closely with the Director and FCN senior staff to develop specific communications and marketing tactics that will drive FCN brand awareness and encourage engagement from FCN stakeholders.
