This position is responsible for counseling, advising, and providing professional development resources to students pursuing degrees other than the JD, specifically LLM and MLS candidates. The role also focuses on advising alumni in their job searches and assisting hiring alumni with posting and filling open positions. Additionally, the Director will provide support for JD students as needed and collaborate with the Assistant Dean of the Career Development Office (CDO) on various efforts and programming. The position involves managing programs and resources within its portfolio with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will assess current programming, articulate a vision for mentoring and alumni engagement to improve student experience and employment outcomes, and integrate this vision into the CDO's collaborative environment. The role emphasizes support that can be delivered online, in groups, or as part of existing programming.
