About the position
As the Marketing Lead at Appier, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to engage and convert our local audience. Your main focus will be on building brand and product awareness, driving demand for growth, and enhancing customer and community satisfaction. Working closely with various teams, you will align marketing initiatives with the broader vision and mission of the business. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and experience in strategic B2B marketing across different countries.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement a full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategy across multiple countries
- Drive growth through demand generation programs and optimizing digital presence
- Regionalize global content and programs to resonate locally
- Work closely with customers, prospects, thought leaders, influencers, and the local community
- Build compelling local marketing tactics using local market knowledge
- Design a Japanese influencer marketing strategy
- Run locally-based events with key customers or prospects
- Work closely with sales to identify new opportunities to support and drive demand
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined professional experience in strategic B2B marketing
- Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across different countries at a fast pace
- Dynamic project management skills, demonstrated through varied events experience
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and channels that impact audiences in different countries
