About the position
The job overview for this role is that Appier is seeking an Account Executive to join their Account Management team. The AE will be responsible for managing all operations of advertising campaigns, ensuring campaign objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved. The role involves coordinating campaign launches, monitoring campaign health, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving operational excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, have project management skills, and be fluent in English. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate advertising campaign launch and operations
- Monitor and report the health of campaigns
- Support trouble-shooting and initiatives for operations related issues across teams
- Ensure the service level for the highest client satisfaction
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency
Requirements
- Proactive
- Great attention to details
- Project management skill is a plus
- Fluent English
