Centria is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to empower fellow Clinical Leaders. This role is ideal for a natural mentor who thrives on disseminating clinical knowledge and inspiring clinical excellence in new and future BCBAs. The Associate Director of Clinical Services will be integral in ensuring individualized programs and treatment plans are developed and delivered with the highest standards of care by training, mentoring, and supporting Clinical Apprentices, Behavior Consultant Trainees, and new Supervising Clinicians. Centria prioritizes outcomes over billables, utilizing a proprietary CareConnect platform for streamlined treatment planning and data collection. The role emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. Centria offers real work-life balance with predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, ensuring no burnout. Layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team ensures staff are never alone. Operational logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding are handled by the operations team. Career growth opportunities are available, with support for leading a Center/Academy or moving into new departments. Centria invests in employee development through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events.
