This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, requiring at least two days per week in the office. The position involves some travel for industry events and in-person pitches. The Associate Director of Brokerage Partnerships will lead the development of a new partnership channel for brokerages, turning a strategic concept into a repeatable revenue-generating model. The role reports to the Head of Sales & Success and collaborates with the SVP of Growth & Marketing and the GTM leadership team. The individual will manage a portfolio of existing brokerage accounts, build relationships to unlock their potential, and secure new partnerships through proof-of-concept agreements. This role requires a blend of sales, strategy, and building capabilities, with a focus on navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-growth startup environment.
