As Resolution Life continues to evolve and grow, we are strengthening our HR function and are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director, HR Compensation to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a competitive and globally aligned reward strategy. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Reward or Compensation & Benefits role, ideally within a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Aon, WTW, Payscale) and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience managing annual compensation review cycles and recognition platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive and market-competitive benefits strategy designed to offer a robust selection of employee health and welfare and retirement savings offerings.
  • Provide compensation guidance for new and existing roles. This includes comprehensive review of market data, internal comparator equity and role location.
  • Key collaborator in the annual compensation review process, including working closely with the HR Ops team and Tech Specialist to ensure budget pools are accurate, delivering an efficient process, and quickly responding to business questions by solving issues that arise.
  • Manage annual benefits open enrollment. This includes communications and employee education, Workday setup and testing, vendor management for updating integrations, responding to employee questions and finding solutions to issues, and successful launch of new benefit plan year.
  • Global implementation and maintenance of BRAVO, the employee peer-to-peer recognition platform.
  • Manage one-company salary survey strategy, utilizing Payscale to house market data and role data. Utilize Payscale’s reporting feature to visualize salary trends and compare compensation practices across different roles and locations.
  • Run and project manage annual compensation and performance process.
  • Key role in global job architecture work to drive foundations for skills and career upskilling
  • Trusted advisor to HR and the Business on all Reward matters
  • Assist in preparation of board papers for the quarterly Compensation Committee
  • Prepare severance packages in accordance with severance plan rules, executive severance plan rules, and incentive plan rules.
