This new position of Associate Director, Compensation & Benefits will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a core compensation and benefits infrastructure to support the company's growth and business goals. This includes establishing frameworks, governance, and discipline for job architecture, incentives, and benefits strategy, creating scalable practices, policies, and procedures. The individual will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders to support decision-making in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent.
