Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in global benefits, compensation and/or global equity law.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant U.S. federal tax and securities laws (IRC, ’33 and ’34 Acts, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, ERISA).
• General familiarity with applicable foreign laws related to compensation, benefit and/or equity plans in non-US jurisdictions.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly identify, analyze and propose practical solutions to legal and business issues and lead projects to successful implementation.

• Self-starter who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and maintains attention to detail.
• Creative thinker who thrives on developing innovative, practical solutions to new challenges.
• Litigation and dispute experience is welcome but not required.
