About The Position

Provides compensation subject matter expertise and project management in the development and implementation of compensation programs, analysis, policies, and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or human resources with demonstrated knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, administration, and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HR
  • Experience with Compensation Analyst market pricing software
  • A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Experience in Healthcare and/or Academia
