About The Position

The HR Solutions Enablement team builds scalable, cohesive HR solutions, implements Workday and integrated third-party HR technology, and provides Tier 2 support to business users. The Senior HR Technology Analyst for Hourly Compensation designs, configures, and maintains complex compensation processes across countries and facilities with distinct requirements. The role combines consultative problem-solving, end-to-end execution, and influence across teams to deliver accurate, compliant, auditable, and scalable Workday solutions. It serves as a Workday subject-matter expert and solution designer, improving system effectiveness, user experience, and operational scalability. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and agents is valued. The position may occasionally require work outside standard hours to support global stakeholders and critical projects. The salary range is $105,600 to $140,700, with actual pay dependent on relevant factors including geography. An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
