This role operates as part of a coordinated executive compensation function, where leaders may focus on distinct areas (e.g., program design, governance and disclosure, analytics and operations), while collectively delivering an integrated, high-performing model. The position serves as a strategic partner to senior HR leadership, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders, ensuring executive compensation programs are competitive, defensible, and operationally scalable.
