About The Position

The Associate Director (AD) will lead the HCP strategy and tactical execution for CREON. This person will develop and articulate effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, and easily communicated to our key stakeholders. This person will take the lead on all personal and non-personal promotional initiatives related to developing ISA strategy, iRep, print materials, website, digital assets, and working with cross-functional partners for P2P, ad boards, congresses, and advocacy efforts. The HCP AD will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders, including the sales force, to enable an integrated and successful brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
  • Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally with relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Previous cross-franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, database agencies and internal cross functional partners.
  • Ability to influence senior management and work with all levels in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong planning and organization skills, diligence, execution, and follow-through
  • People leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing, agency partners, and cross-functional business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients’, market, and financial results.
  • Lead and manage direct HCP team of three and external partnerships.
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
  • Demonstrate and utilize holistic understanding on financial planning and metrics including direct management and monitoring of P&L
  • Drive market growth, brand/disease state awareness and share
  • Develop next generation products and/or product enhancements, leveraging the patient journey.
  • Develop innovative tactics; direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks
  • Demonstrate strong leadership attributes and provide leadership, direction, and development for three direct reports
