It partners with program leaders, engineering, Salesforce, data teams, and other stakeholders to understand user journeys and workflows, assess feasibility, prioritize investments, and communicate recommendations. It also identifies automation opportunities, documents current and future processes, promotes reusable components and standards, monitors system performance and data integrity, and measures automation outcomes. The position is hybrid and requires working in person three days per week in Chicago, New York City, or Newark, with remote work two days per week. It requires travel two to three times per year and internet access. This is a full-time, regular, exempt, benefits-eligible role working at 100% capacity, based on a 50-hour workweek. Braven does not offer employment visa sponsorship. The hiring range depends on geographic market: $95,900–$103,000 in Atlanta, $101,200–$108,700 in Chicago, and $111,300–$119,600 in Newark and New York City.
