This Associate Director-level finance systems integration role is accountable for the consolidation technology roadmap, HFM Cloud migration, S/4 consolidation impacts, data architecture, and controlled implementation for the combined company. The role provides internal design authority, directs complex cross-functional delivery, and builds internal capabilities to reduce reliance on external consultants for future consolidation solutions. Kimberly-Clark describes its work environment as offering flexible hybrid arrangements through its Flex That Works approach, with purposeful time in the office and flexibility coordinated with the employee’s leader. The role is listed as full-time, regular employee work, with Dallas, Texas as the primary location and additional locations in Chicago, Illinois; Neenah, Wisconsin; and Roswell, Georgia.
