About The Position

This Associate Director-level integration and transformation role is accountable for enterprise process design, cross-functional alignment, and implementation of the combined company’s close and consolidation model following the Kenvue acquisition. The role owns the functional design and integration roadmap for close, consolidation, and management reporting, and serves as the senior Controllership process lead across Corporate Controllership, GBS, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, DTS, and the Integration Management Office. It translates transaction, legal entity, reporting, and operating model decisions into executable processes, controls, ownership models, and implementation plans. The position also builds durable internal capability and reusable process knowledge to reduce reliance on external consultants. The role leads future-state close and consolidation process design, including close calendars, reporting packages, consolidation entries, intercompany processes, ownership, review, and escalation protocols. It defines how Kenvue entities, reporting units, and business structures transition into K-C processes and drives standardization and simplification while respecting financial reporting discipline, local requirements, and management reporting needs. The position partners with Tax, Treasury, and Legal on legal entity and financing decisions; defines reporting hierarchies and consolidation requirements; and leads functional requirements for historical recasts, comparative reporting, re-segmentation, legal entity changes, and other integration reporting. It designs the future division of responsibilities among Finance and technology teams, embeds controls and auditability, establishes governance and performance measures, and supports documentation, training, testing, implementation, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual operations. The role leads cross-functional teams, provides executive-ready updates, challenges unnecessary complexity, and mentors team members.
