About The Position

The Associate Director - Business Systems Analysis within the Individual Marketplace Line of Business at Willis Towers Watson US LLC in Buffalo, New York, is responsible for shaping and delivering cyber security programs that enhance value, security, agility, and efficiency. This role provides strategic direction and recommendations to improve WTW's overall security posture, proactively identifying areas for intervention to ensure successful program outcomes. The position requires collaboration with operational stakeholders, internal/external teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure effective delivery and seamless integration. The Associate Director will also assess training needs, align communications, and coach colleagues to deliver change effectively, while coordinating with various departments for successful project rollouts. Reporting to senior management through program governance structures, the role involves presenting cybersecurity program status reports, using data to quantify risk reduction, and providing metrics for audit activities. A key aspect is aligning the cybersecurity program with business objectives by developing comprehensive strategies and tactics, and working with executives and program leads to develop global change strategies and design rollout plans. Support will be provided to business teams in developing their own change plans, ensuring operational readiness, and conducting post-implementation reviews. The Associate Director will lead project workstream workshops and meetings, ensuring actions are tracked to completion, and provide reporting to sponsors and executive teams.

  • Lead project workstream workshops/meetings with assigned business teams, ensuring actions are agreed upon, responsibilities assigned, deadlines set, and remediation activity tracked through to completion.
  • Provide reporting and tracking to sponsors and executive teams.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 per annum.
