About The Position

Jersey Shore Company is hiring an Associate Design Director for packaging. This role is part of a great team under the direction of a super Creative Director. The company produces confections for private label and hospitality clients, with work ranging from refined luxury to fun licensing projects. The ideal candidate is highly flexible, capable of producing both refined and playful packaging designs. This is a growing, fast-paced studio environment where the Associate Design Director will be a hands-on designer and manager, mentoring junior staff while also steering their own projects. A strong portfolio primarily focused on packaging, with experience in food, beverage, and/or confections, is required. The role is primarily on-site, requiring the candidate to live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the Asbury Park Area.
