About The Position

The Associate Design Director brings concepts to life through both creative direction and execution. The role involves mentoring junior team members and building collaborative cross-functional relationships. The Associate Design Director presents work internally to stakeholders and directly to clients, contributes strategic and innovative insights to client deliverables, and manages multiple clients and deliverables proactively and independently.

Requirements

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions.
• At least 5 years of design experience at a design firm, advertising agency, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber.
• Lead junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear, solution-oriented feedback.
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels.
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables.
• Conduct group ideation sessions.
• Distinguish between creating a campaign and developing a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently with minor support from more senior design leads.
