About The Position

A full-time Associate General Dentist position at a high-producing, locally owned private general practice in College Station, Texas. The dentist will provide comprehensive general and restorative dentistry to an established patient base, with consistent restorative opportunities supported by four active hygiene columns. The practice offers modern technology and clinical autonomy, without unnecessary micromanagement.

The schedule is four or five days per week, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is a competitive percentage of collections, with a daily guarantee available for an initial period based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered, and there is an opportunity to expand the schedule as the practice grows. New graduates with strong clinical skills and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Passion for comprehensive patient care.
• Confidence in restorative and general dentistry.
• Motivation, productivity, and a growth-minded approach.
• Friendly, personable manner and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and positive attitude.
