About The Position

A full-time Associate General Dentist position at a high-producing, locally owned private general dental practice in College Station, Texas. The practice has an established patient base and four active hygiene columns, providing restorative opportunities and a busy schedule from the start. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry with modern technology and clinical autonomy to diagnose, educate, and recommend care. The practice emphasizes ethical, exceptional patient care and a supportive, team-centric environment where clinicians can grow professionally and financially. The schedule is four or five days per week, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is a competitive percentage of collections, with an initial daily guarantee available based on experience and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Texas dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
Strong clinical skills.
Passion for comprehensive patient care.
