Dentists of Vista is hiring an Associate Dentist at PDS Health. The role offers recent dental graduates and experienced professionals the opportunity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care, develop clinically, and receive mentorship from Owner Dentists. The Associate Dentist works with Owner Dentists and in-house specialists to support excellent patient outcomes, while using advanced technology in a digitized practice. Compensation is listed as $160,000–$390,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company contributions, and malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Develop clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
