About The Position

Hayes Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its growing team at the Hayes, Virginia location. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Thursday, four-day work week. The role offers the opportunity to join an established, thriving practice with a full patient schedule, modern digital technology, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth. The practice is seeking a doctor interested in a long-term position with a pathway to partnership.

The dentist will provide patient care in a busy, high-performing practice and build relationships with patients and colleagues. The office offers an experienced support team, clinical mentorship from senior doctors, internal and external continuing education, and operational, marketing, and administrative support. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) with match. The position also includes a $12,000 annual continuing education allowance.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for licensure.
