About The Position

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide a wide range of dental services. You will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality dental care and maintain the practice's excellent reputation. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Office hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5 pm Fridays 8 am - 3 pm. This is a 12 operatory FFS/PPO opportunity. Staffed with 5 hygienists. Technology: Itero,Digital Xrays and Pano.

Requirements

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license in good standing
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred
Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental treatments, including but not limited to restorative, cosmetic, and preventive services
Conduct thorough patient examinations, including medical and dental history reviews and oral cancer screenings
Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure their understanding and satisfaction
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations
Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment
