About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading Dental Clinic in Waterford, CT and we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is excited about providing comprehensive patient care, expanding their clinical skill set, and helping grow in-house services. The practice is expanding provider hours and growing its in-house clinical services, creating an opportunity for the Associate Dentist to broaden their scope of practice.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
Active dental license in Connecticut
Strong general dentistry and clinical skills
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Friendly, approachable, motivated, and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

2+ years of dental experience preferred
Experience with or interest in Invisalign, endodontics, implants, and extractions preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general dental care
Provide same-day treatments as needed
Perform Invisalign and other orthodontic procedures
Perform Endodontic and advanced dental procedures
Perform Implant placement and extractions, as appropriate
Create treatment plans, educate patients and build lasting relationships
Work independently and collaboratively with the dental team to expand in-house procedures
Maintain a welcoming, patient-centered experience
