About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a growing, three-location dental group in South Bend, Indiana, to hire an Associate Dentist. The dentist will take ownership of a primary practice location while contributing to a collaborative, multi-site team. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekly schedule, an established patient base, consistent demand, and strong production. The practice provides a modern, technology-enabled environment with support staff, digital scanning, and imaging tools.

The role offers opportunities to expand clinical scope in implants, orthodontics, cosmetics, and Botox; rotate across nearby locations for additional exposure and production opportunities; and grow through mentorship while maintaining meaningful clinical autonomy.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD.
• Eligible for Indiana licensure.
• Motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• A team player with a strong patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
