About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client on a full-time basis. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other experienced dentists and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a very busy dental practice. Replacing a dentist that has relocated to another state. This is an FFS/PPO opportunity. $ 800.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee with opportunity for bonus. Mentoring is also available.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
Proficient in performing general dentistry procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
Develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and oral health
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest quality of patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry and techniques
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
