About The Position
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client in Xenia, Ohio. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The practice is a Mon-Thur, FFS/PPO, 10 operatory practice equipped with Itero and CBCT technology. Experience in oral surgery, endodontics, and implantology is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university
- Active state dental license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice with a strong skillset
- Proficient in performing routine dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Responsibilities
- Provide quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to create treatment plans and provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members
